Morning Pages

For those of you who aren't familiar with the morning pages, they are an exercise proposed by Julia Cameron in her book The Artist's Way, which consists of writing three pages every morning to vacuum your head of all the thoughts you had, and register exaclty how you are feeling. So I started doing them again. After a couple of years off. I think it's good. I already see the difference. Are some of you doing them? Tell me about it.
